To return or exchange an item:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original packaging and condition* within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unworn and in an unsoiled condition, complete with all attached labels/tags/barcodes, the original packaging and the invoice enclsed from the order. Please use the return address label from the feedback form on the back of your invoice and enclose the invoice together with your returned order. We will issue a full refund (excluding original and return delivery charges) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
